Learn to make pasta from the warm and sunny regions of southern Italy, where traditionally, pasta is made with just flour and water. In this class, we’ll use only the finest organic Italian semolina flour. We’ll learn to shape the dough by hand into shapes traditionally made in southern Italy. You’ll also see a cooking demonstration for one traditional pasta sauce and get to taste it on some pasta we make. The best part? All of the pasta you make, you can take home and enjoy!
