Depending on the class, ingredients could include organic whole eggs and organic spinach as well. In this two to three hour class, you'll learn how to make pasta dough and use a hand-cranked pasta machine to form shapes like fettuccine, tagliolini, and lasagna sheets. We also offer popular classes to hand make ravioli, tortelloni and other traditional shapes from different regions of Italy. Expect a fun and hands-on class. And the best part? All of the pasta you make, you can take home and enjoy!
