Pasta is a big part of what we do at Orchard Kitchen because of its versatility and the way it allows us to showcase the bounty of our food shed. Come learn to make the semolina pasta dough and how to form it by hand into orecchiette, torphie and pici shapes. You will also learn three sauces to go with these shapes and how to perfectly cook the pasta itself.
