Fresh Wild Mushroom Ravioli Pasta Class with Aurora Echo

Learn to make beautiful and delicious fresh pasta at home the way the Italians make it, using the finest organic Italian semolina flour and water. Depending on the class, ingredients could include organic whole eggs and organic spinach as well. In this two hour class, you'll learn how to make pasta dough, plus how to shape it into fettuccine, lasagna sheets, tagliolini, and other traditional shapes from different regions of Italy. Each student will also learn to use a hand-cranked pasta machine. Expect a fun and hands-on class. And the best part? All of the pasta you make, you can take home and enjoy!

For each class we will provide:

  • a simple charcuterie

  • wine pairing

  • a tasting of the fresh pasta made

Things to consider bringing for an enjoyable class could include, an apron, favorite utensils and herbs to integrate into your pasta dough, and wine to share!
